High-speed precision bearings are mainly used in high-speed rotation occasions with light loads, which require bearings with high precision, high speed, low temperature rise and low vibration and a certain service life. It is often used as a support for high-speed motorized spindles installed in pairs, and is a pivotal accessory for high-speed motorized spindles of inner surface grinders.
 
The service life of high-speed precision bearings has a lot to do with the installation. The following matters should be paid attention to:
 
1. The bearing should be cleaned before installation. When cleaning, the slope of the inner ring should be upward, and the hand feel is flexible and there is no stagnation. After drying, put in the specified amount of grease. If it is oil mist lubrication, put a small amount of oil mist oil;
 
2. The bearing installation should be carried out in a dust-free and clean room. The bearing should be carefully selected, and the spacer for the bearing should be ground. Under the condition that the inner and outer ring spacers are kept at the same height, the parallelism of the spacer should be controlled at 1um. the following;
 
3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, the force is even, and knocking is strictly prohibited;
 
4. Bearings should be kept clean and ventilated, without corrosive gas, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%. Long-term storage should be rust-proof as scheduled.
 
In order to improve the actual matching accuracy of precision bearings during installation, it is necessary to use measuring methods and measuring tools that do not deform the precision bearings to carry out actual precision measurements on the mating surface dimensions of the inner holes and outer circles of the precision bearings. All the measurement items of the diameter are measured, and the measured data is comprehensively analyzed. Based on this, the size of the precision bearing installation part of the shaft and the seat hole is precisely matched. When actually measuring the corresponding size and geometry of the shaft and seat hole, it should be carried out under the same temperature conditions as when measuring precision bearings.
 
In order to ensure a higher actual matching effect, the surface roughness of the shaft and the seat hole and the precision bearing should be as small as possible.
 
When making the above measurement, two sets of marks that can indicate the direction of large deviation should be made on the outer circle and inner hole of the precision bearing, as well as the corresponding surfaces of the shaft and the seat hole, on both sides near the assembly chamfer. In order to align the large deviations of the two sides in the same orientation during actual assembly, so that after assembly, the deviations of the two sides can be partially offset.
 
The purpose of making two sets of orientation marks is that the compensation of the deviation can be comprehensively considered. Even if the rotation accuracy of the supports at both ends is improved, the coaxiality error of the seat hole between the two supports and the journals at both ends can be partially eliminated. . Implementing surface strengthening measures on the mating surface, such as sandblasting, plugging the inner hole with a precision plunger with a slightly larger diameter, etc., will help improve the mating accuracy.
